We are looking for a Project Manager

As Project Manager you do the daily management of various design projects for museums, brands and public spaces in order to achieve the established result within the stipulated period.  In this exciting role you will be responsible for the business, financial and organizational completion of the coolest design-projects for clients from all over the world.
As Project Manager you will be part of an international team of professionals from various disciplines, including graphic designers, interaction designers, architects, writers, artists, biologists and historic writers.

About the job

  • Creating and monitoring project planning and budget
  • Planning and monitoring the assigned resources
  • Compiling tenders and contracts associated with the projects
  • Tracking of the project administration
  • Presenting progress presentations
  • Organizing, monitoring and managing projects, including:
    • Proactively directing the design team and acting to resolve bottlenecks
    • Guiding and monitoring the realization of (interim) documents and presentations
    • Maintaining contacts with clients, (external) project staff and suppliers
  • Member of the Management Team

Requirements

  • Education: Higher Vocational Education / Academic capacity
  • Fluent in English
  • International ambitions
  • Experience with project management: organizing, managing, solving problems
  • Accurate and Efficient
  • Affinity with science, technology, culture, museums, and education
  • Co-operative and collegial
  • Independent and diplomatic
  • Result-oriented but fun to work with
