But how can we help companies reap the awards and bring employees along for the ride? That was the challenge in designing KPN DDX for Dutch telecommunications company KPN. Here, KPN inspires and challenges its customers to take the next step on the road to digital transformation. The experience doesn’t only inspire customers on their journey; it also leads to feasible, tangible solutions.
From inspiration to real solutions
KPN DDX challenges customers to create a shared vision on digital transformation. In each session, a business case formulated by the customer forms the starting point of an Xperience. Centering on inspiration, discovery and ideation, the experience comprises three areas: Meet, Explore and Create. Through future scenarios, serious games and creative brainstorming sessions, clients are motivated and challenged to move forward and take the next steps on the road to digital transformation. Each session leads to concrete solutions.
High-level visions, road maps, new concepts
