Step into the enchanting Ricola Experience Shop, and prepare to be captivated by a world of flavors, aromas, and traditions. Divided into two distinct floors, the Experience Shop offers an extraordinary journey that blends heritage, innovation, and the power of nature.
The fascinating world of herbal drops production
NorthernLight designed the in-shop brand experience. In the Ricola Brand Experience, you follow into the footsteps of Richterich. Invited in by curiosity, the experience takes visitors from the city life into a herbal oasis, just like Richterich embarked on his journey into the mountains almost a century ago. Ascend to the first floor of the Experience Shop and embark on an interactive journey through the captivating process of creating Ricola’s renowned herbal drops. Immerse yourself in the rich history of the family-owned company, gain insights into the cultivation of the finest Swiss Alpine herbs, and witness firsthand how these precious ingredients are transformed into the delectable Ricola drops. In a magical projection wall, visitors can craft their own Ricola flavors, further deepening their understanding of Ricola’s commitment to quality and innovation.
Opening Ricola Experience Shop
On May 26 and 27, 2023, Ricola celebrated the opening of its first Experience Shop in Switzerland. Located in the heart of the town Laufen, visitors were able to explore the origins of the herbal drops.
