For TELUS Spark Science Centre in Calgary, Canada, NorthernLight is developing a new gallery concept that celebrates innovation as something active, human and shared. Gallery 4: Home of Innovation invites visitors to discover how curiosity, creativity and collaboration can spark new ideas for a better future. Created in collaboration with DIALOG Architects, the gallery will become an energetic world of imagination, experimentation and discovery.
Innovation starts with curiosity
Gallery 4 turns innovation into a personal journey. Instead of presenting it as something distant or purely technological, the gallery shows that new ideas begin with curiosity, creativity and collaboration. Through immersive environments, interactive installations and future-focused stories, visitors are encouraged to explore their own ability to see the world differently. Gallery 4 creates a journey where visitors do not only learn about innovation. They experience it with their bodies, senses and imagination.

TELUS Spark has long been a place where people come together to explore the fascinating world of science and technology. Welcoming hundreds of thousands of visitors from diverse backgrounds, the science centre plays an important role in Calgary’s cultural and educational landscape. With the Keep Calgary Curious campaign, TELUS Spark is building on that role, inspiring guests, connecting communities and making science accessible through playful, engaging and memorable experiences.
